Poor customer service and no e-tickets received
Complaint against budgetair.co.uk
I booked a flight with this company and they said e-tickets would be sent in a separate email. No e-tickets have been received from them, which is of concern when the date of the flight gets ever closer. I've tried contacting their customer services email number but haven't had a reply from them. I've sent another email today, but I'm not sure if they bother to reply to these.
