[LAPSED] Poor attitude of agency rep

Complaint against Staffline

I have had a few issues with the agency rep at addidas traford park. Starting with over processing holidays so when I booked a half day I was paid for one and a half and told there was nothing they could do about it. To not having a holiday processed until the following week. The latest issue was not being informed about my shift being called until an hour before my start time. This meant I had set off and arrived on site. Thankfully my supervisor confirm it was okay for me to complete the shift. The bingest issue is when I try to resolve theyes issues with the agency rep I get fobbed offor.
