Green spider found in bag of nuts

Ginco
I purchased a bag of pistachio nuts from my local store after opening them and pouring some into a bowl I noticed something moving along the nuts to my horror I discovered it was a live spider a small green one I have never seen before I fear it could be poisonous I contacted the company to complain and was told they would call me back but never did
