True Telecom trying to set up an account without my consent.
Complaint against True Telecom
I received a cold call from True Telecom , their package sounded interesting and I gave them my details including my bank details, they tried to persuade me to consent to join them but I refused because they would not give me broad band details first, they said their broad band department would contact me after I joined. I categorically told them I had decided not to go with them. They have since informed my provider BT, twice, to close my account as I had joined True Telecom.
