Complaint against Bristol Energy
I asked Bristol Energy to take over from my current supplier after seeing their tariffs. A welcome letter was sent. They never switched over and there was no correspondence to let me know this hadn't happened. This has led me to spend another month, now on the standard tariff with my current supplier, leaving me out of pocket.
