Complaint against Motorline Gatwick
I bought my Toyota rav 4 last year in July from motorline Gatwick. I requested that the car be serviced & mot before I take delivery.Which was agreed by the sales person.when icollected the car they gave me the mot certificate + the rest of the paper work.I trusted Toyota & did not check the service book to see if there was a stamp of servicing.oNly now when I got a letter to extend the warranty of the car that I found out there is no service history for last year.When I rang Toyota to enquire they refuse to take responsibility & said i should have check .When I ask why I wasn't send a reminder that the service was due,they said they don't know.Now because of this my warranty could be invalid.
