Dented freezer door
Complaint against Marks Electrical
I had recently had a delivery from Marks Electrical. I left the fridge freezer to stand once it had been delivered. After a few hours, i took off the cardboard wrapping, plugged it in and went shopping to buy some food. When i returned i took of the rest of wrappers and noticed a dent in the freezer door, by this time Marks Electrical had closed and I had bought quite a lot of food from the shops. I had to put the food in the fridge to stop the food from going off. The next day my partner went in the store and asked for the issue to be resolved. He was told we had to email, so later that night, I emailed with a picture of the damage. The person wasn't helpful as he kept on asking for the serial number on the appliance that was not there. They then offered me a replacement door which I accepted. However, when the door arrived, it had more dents in then the original door. I have asked for a refund or an upgrade as the stress hasn't been easy during me being in and out of hospital during this time. I was wondering if there is anything i can do.
