Non-installation of graphene heating system

Complaint against Xefro

We ordered the heating and hot water system on 17/4/2015 with an installation date of 24/8/2015. We have since been fobbed off many times with different excuses, finally arriving with an installation date of today. They have still not turned up. I now understand that others have had similar experiences and have formed an action group. If this is the case we would like to be a part of this. We have paid out half of the cost.

There has been no response from Xefro. We would like our money back, but cannot afford to throw more money after bad!
