Impossible to contact. Impossible to renew license Losing work

Complaint against Security Industry Authority

I am looking for a response from the SIA in relation to renewing my license with them. I have to renew it by the 27th July 2016 or else I will lose my job. They have shut down their contact center. They offer no help. They ignore all their email requests. They do not get back to you. They offer no support whatsoever. Their stupid new website does not work. I have created a log in but It states my password or username is wrong. This is impossible. I have tried to reset password and usernames even though I know they are correct. They state they have emailed me a new login. They do not email me at all. There is no alternative number, absolutely no reasonable way to contact them in an emergency. They are ignorant and useless and this new way is an absolute shambles and a mess.
