Complaint against DSP Custom Apparel
I ordered two custom made t shirts over a month ago. I only received my order number. When I look on to the status of my order it has not changed since the day I placed the order. I have been in touch with them and at first I was told that my order was being fullfilled. That was fine. However I waited another two weeks no order. I have contacted them four times and am told that I will receive an email from their customer centre. I have just spoken to them again and have told them that I will start complaining. So they cut me off (This was on online talk.) So I logged on to see the status of my order to be told that no such order exists as the email address wasn't correct. It was.
