Paid £70 on a Groupon offer for oven and extractor fan clean. This was done 31 March. The oven clean was very sub standard and the seal on th glass front door was so damaged it had to be replaced. The cleaner said it was the best he could do. The invoice I received was on a scrappy bit of paper with no heading of company and totally unprofessional. CRMS ordered the wrong part although I had given them all the right details and then sent a cleaner out to reclean the oven and he couldn't fit the part because it was the wrong one. I had to order the part myself and arrange for the fitting as it required a specialist engineer to do this. CRMS agreed to pay the cost which was £93.34. I sent them the invoice on 14.7.16 with my bank details and have phoned them twice but still have not been reimbursed. I have phoned again today and asked to speak to the accounts department but they are not available. I am disgusted with this service. I have paid out £163.34 and it is now over 4 months since this all started. I intend to find out who the chief executive is of this company and write to them and I am also going to tell anybody wanting and oven clean to avoid this company. I am also going to be in touch with BBC Watchdog and Rip of Britain programmes and getting advice from my solicitor.
