We had booked an oven clean through Living Social and even added extra cleaning. We received a call 48 hours before the cleaning date to confirm the time the cleaner would arrive. All good except the very next morning they called to cancel as the cleaner had called in sick and would probably not make it the next day. The next comment was that we could try for a date later in the month but as they couldn't guarantee it we should probably just cancel. Apart from this being terrible customer service I had changed very important arrangements for this appointment that I know cannot change. I only get 2 days off a month and use these days to travel 200 miles to see my elderly parents which I know cannot do due to this companies terrible service. Tracey Wilson, Windermere, Cumbria
