Complaint against CRMS UK Ltd

After purchasing a wowcher deal for £29 to have my oven professionally cleaned I was asked to book an appointment online. I had problems doing this so decided to contact them through this booking form....a few days later I had a phone call from them and subsequently booked a date for Minday 14th August 2017. I was told that someone would call me nearer the date to arrange a time. About a week later a man called to confirm the date and said again that someine will contact me nearer the date booked. On the day no one had contacted me and no one showed up to give service. I called them 3 times and as it went to " our lines are busy please leave a message" I left messages each time. I also sent through the booking contact a couple of messages. I have also emailed Wowcher At this time on Friday 18th August there has been no response from anybody. Today I will again call and post email but I do not feel as tho anyone is listening to me. I feel agrieved at spending £29 for a service I havent had but feel even more annoyed that my messages are being ignored.
