Complaint against Virgin Media
received bill for two months and £10 late payment fee even though im not with virgin media anymore.bill is part of period AFTER I left but after 2 phone complaints and their agreement that direct debit cancelled and would pay when I received bill(about £12.50) they ignoring request even though they appear to agree.guess they individually don't want to lose commission?
