Complaint against Virgin Media

notice period over when letter demanding payment for 2 month plus late billing fee of £10.already been informed twice and agreed with virgin customer service to cancel debit and for final bill of circa £14 to be sent to my address and which would have been paid promptly like rest of payments!.
