Complaint against Virgin Media
I have been a customer for the last three years for my sins, and every February they price hike, and try to justify by saying all their providers do the same thing. They also provide pathetic customer service. Their CSRS are rude, some should sweeping the streets instead of speaking to public, and I am fed up, with it all. They have just messed my partner's new build by doing moronic things like give her the incorrect number , which she then started to send up and it was especially for her 92 mother who relies on her for communication, The equipment was pathetically installed, the only thing that works was the Broadband. Stonewalled the poor woman, and messed her work schedule around, by giving her incorrect dates when the idiots would return to fix their mistakes since before Xmas.
