Complaint against Find Wine

On the 5 September 2016 I ordered 2 bottles of 1998 Wendouree Cabernet Sauvignon at £100 per bottle and received an email confirmation that they would be delivered within 3 working days. On the 14th I enquired when I would receive it as no delivery had been made. On the 19 I asked for a refund unless the wine was delivered. The director, Michael Howes emailed me to advise they had had problems with their server and he would look into the matter and make sure the delivery was made. I emailed him again on the 22 as nothing had happened and left my mobile number. On the 23 I asked him to call me. He did not but emailed me to apologies for the poor communication. He advised that he had checked with the courier who confirmed it had not been delivered. He went on to say that if a box is damaged the wine is returned to the warehouse. He apologised again for the poor customer service and ensured me that the wine will be with me by latest 28 September as I needed to take it to Switzerland. I asked him to refund the delivery charge which he agreed. Unfortunately nothing came. I then sent him an email to request a refund by 30 September latest. Since then there have been no communications from them, they never called me on my mobile despite numerous request to do so. There are no telephone numbers on their website so I have been unable to call them myself! the situation now is that my bank had made a temporary refund into my account whilst they try to recoup the money from Find Wine but if they are unsuccessful they will debit my account (£207.90 incl. delivery).
