Flowers not delivered

Complaint against EFlorist

I ordered a bouquet of flowers on eflorist for mother's day and paid a £10 delivery fee to ensure these arrived on mother's day. After waiting all day for the flowers to arrive, I received an email at 7:52pm stating that they'd not been able to deliver all the bouquets and as an apology would donate to charity. I have paid £10 for a service that the company was unable to fulfil and my mum was left without a present on mother's day.
