Complaint against I-Model management
I have paid refundable deposit and was told (also in writting) that it is fully refundable provided I show up for the assessment, or I cancel the appointment in writting 24 hours prior to the assessment. I sent them an email 24 hours before the day of the assessment, and 32 hours before the assessment time. When I called them they were trying very hard to push me into rescheduling the shoot, telling first to pay extra as rescheduling fees. After much discussion, they 'agreed' and they told me they have decided to give me a chance and reschedule me for free. I declined as I have already sent them an email to cancel, and to request for my refund. I am still waiting for my refund, but I will certainly not let them go so easily. Before I paid the lady was very polite and nice on the phone, and then she coaxed me over and over again to quickly pay the deposit, and she called me 4 times within half an hour to make sure I pay, and to update her as soon as I've made the payment. However now that I'm requesting my deposit, they hardly answer my calls, never reply my emails, tell me a different story each time they happen to pick up my calls, and they re finding ways to not pay me back. Please, if you don't want to be dupped into becoming the next Cindy Crawford tomorrow and do not want to be told you will be refunded easily when its not, do not even try to entertain them or get in touch with them in any form! You have been warned.
