Complaint against Go Assist
I have now been waiting 6 weeks for a repair to a fridge freezer. A replacement compressor is needed - available via Swan approved supplier on next day delivery in the UK. However I am consistently told that they have no arrival date for parts. I am unable to receive a refund and go elsewhere until 10 weeks after my original repair was requested. I've been told my situation is unusual (clearly not based on all the negative reviews for this company) and that someone will get back to me (they don't). It seems that they have taken my money with no capacity or intent to complete my repair other than an initial visit from an engineer - certainly at less cost to them than the £165 I have already paid so I assume they pocket the difference.
