Over a month and job still not completed

Complaint against Go Assist

We rent our house out in the U.K. as we live overseas. Over a month ago our tenants contacted us to say the oven wasn’t heating up past 140 degrees. Having used go assist previously for a garden issue we contacted them again regarding the oven. We paid over £200 and was told an engineer would go round ASAP. It was over a week before the engineer went to the house to diagnose the problem. He said he would order a part and get it fitted ASAP. It’s now been approx 6 weeks since go assist took our money and have still not fitted the part. The engineer went on holiday for 2 weeks and did not have the decency to give someone else the job knowing my tenants had waited all that time with an oven that was barely hot enough to cook food. This is absolutely disgusting service from go assist
