Complaint against Go Assist
I contacted Go Assist on the 7th February for an issue with our fridge/freezer that I noticed online was fairly common. You have to pay upfront, and I got persuaded to take out an insurance as this appliance was on the older side and I thought it made sense for future issues. Had to chase them several times to get a confirmation for the engineer's date. Then, the enginner spent approx 5 minutes here, was in a bad mood, and said he needed to order a part. On the 2nd April I still have had no part replaced, they do not answer the phone or respond - had one or two responses to emails but nothing of value. This has unfortunately been a complete waste of money. Do Not Use this company!
