Complaint against Go Assist
Microwave collected 29/1/18. Company do not keep clients informed of progress and only update given when chased by telephone. Originally promised to be fixed in a couple of days and then revised after another call to 4 weeks as a part had to be ordered. It is now April 12th and yet another phone call has elicited the response the partners who do repairs require a further 4 weeks. Was an expensive microwave which a reputable company would have fixed and returned ages ago. Have no faith in this company and wouldn’t even leave them a one star review. Will now be reporting them to the ombudsman for fraud as money has been debited from my account for nil service.
