[LAPSED] wrong billing and refusing to end my contract to pay as you go.

Complaint against Vodafone

I have had a 2 year contract with the above company, I work for a company which has an agreement that their employees get 20% discount with their services,They blocked my phone for 3 months and I paid £300 to reinstate it, there after I said its time when I end my contract i should go to pays as you go.My contract has come to a terrible end but they gave me a wrong bill despite several telephone calls and emails and shop visits, they keep giving me funny reasons, just tying me in to a contract without my wish, and issuing wrong me bills.I am not alone in this situation I hope they get exposed and customers learn how inappropriate, and unprofessional the deal with customers and dupe them.They promise to resolve the problem by promising to call you back, but noting like that happens, this issue has gone for a while, I want help as the situation is stressing me up.
