Complaint against Construction Helpline
This company are taking full advantage of the national requirement for health and safety cards on site. I was given wrong advice from an advisor who struggled with basic English, in a noisy office, I ended up paying over the odds for a basic card. Completed test and contacted office again to chase up development. Asked to scan send in further forms (not originally requested) Then waited.. and waited. Made numerous calls which lead to numerous complaints and requested numerous call backs from managers. Never received the call backs. Some how, the arrival of a card can take up to 30 (working days) How is this even possible, if you taped it to a snail, it would get there quicker. Is there any governing bodies who look into such poor unorganized services.
