Complaint against Construction Helpline

I would like to speak to the manager of your company. As you can see from the complaints on your website, your operation is not fit for purpose. I paid £240 for a day course to get a CSCS card on the 22nd of August. Initially I was told that it would be 4-5 days before I received my card. then 14-21 working days. It is now the 27th working day since I attended my course. I have called and emailed multiple times to chase this and have never received any of the call backs I was promised. Earlier this week i was told it would be 10 days until I get my card: I have spoken to the team at CSCS today who still have not even received an application from you for my card, or confirmation that I attended the course. You tell people on the course that the paper is as good as having the card but this is absolutely false and consequently I have been unable to work. No construction site will give anyone employment without the actual card. This is costing me hundreds of pounds. It is absolutely disgraceful. I demand my card as soon as possible and would like to take this as complaint as high up in your company as i can because I believe I require compensation given that you have effectively prevented me from working for several weeks. I expect a swift response.
