Filter papers on Rothmans blue
Complaint against
Rothmans Cigarettes
Have purchased 3 or 4 packets of Rothmans blue and 2 or 3 Cigarettes are un smokable as filter papers are not glued properly. Feedback would be appreciated.

I only smoke Rothmans Superking Blue. Recently the quality of the cigarettes has deteriorated with filters includes and some boxes damaged. Please explain this Rothmans.
