I shopped online to purchase my boys new school schools, trainers and a bag. I was in work when they arrived and my husband signed for the delivery. This was a Tuesday our rubbish is collected on a Wednesday morning so my husband made the boys try what he thought was all of the shoes I had purchased and as they fitted threw the boxes and the bag in the recycling ready for the binman. When I got home from work I asked him where the boys school shoes and bag were, he said they weren't delivered. I emailed them explained the situation and they said well we show they were placed in the bag. They even went as far as to say we have contacted the delivery person and the was big enough so must have all my items in it - of course the bag was big it came with THREE pairs of trainers in it - NO SCHOOL SHOES OR BAG!!!!!!! They have told me there is nothing else they can do - I am down two pairs of school shoes and a bag!
