Complaint against Morrisons

I eat at Morrison's Five Ways several times a week. But yesterday was an angry mistake. I got to the server and ordered an Omelette breakfast. I'd checked what was available as breakfast extras on the In-store menu. I saw breakfast items, you were offered toast or breakfast muffin, as extra's. So I asked for a breakfast muffin to eat with the the Omelette. I was then told very rudely "breakfast muffin is not on our system." I was then told "toast or nothing". I showed the server the breakfast menu. Then I was told breakfast muffin is not on her systems. I then asked to speak with the Cafe manager. She then replied there is no manager or supervisor, we just know our jobs I spoke to the Customer Service desk, my reply being "I'll speak to my manager when he comes in" I have been shopping at Morrison's Five Ways, since you opened, so I don't enjoy bad service now Paul Johnson-Bryan.
