Complaint against Morrisons

coat came back from dry cleaners and the buttons had melted into the coat this was end of November ofcourse they stated that the fault was in the manufacturers of the coat I only ever got feed back if I contacted them and now I feel that I have been treated unfairly I have had the coat 18 months and i have still not got the coat back. I was also told if I had washed the coat this would not have happened it did state dry clean
