Complaint against Morrisons

I bought 2 pack of large bag pampers 4+ nappies (20-05-2015) As soon as my daughter put one on with in hrs she got really bad rush my wife went to the store and spoke to some one called liz (department manager) and explain to her what happened but to her dis may she was told she can bring back the un opened bag and get her money back ! No apology or care of well being of my daughter! They don't seem to care about the health and safety of their customers I am amazed and lost for words This my second incedent with morison as last last time I was promised to get call from the
