Complaint against Orchard Brands

Ordered and paid inc shipping for 2 pairs of pants to be delivered to USA whilst there. Advised them that I need these by NOV 3rd to return with them to UK. Advised that these were shipped on NOV 2nd and discovered that it would take approx 6 more Days to arrive. These had to be returned by my Hotel which have been. I was offered a $5.00 credit on my account which is no good to me now. A total of 10 emails and phone calls to date! I requested that in good faith these could be shipped to me in the UK. This was impossible as I had to be credited and then reorder incurring shipping charges and PayPal Fees plus exchange charges again!. I would have thought that after their mistake this could have been done. No Customer Care even an Email to the CEO was not received personally. How do these people expect to run an International business with so little regard for Customer Satisfaction? Treating my Customers in this way would soon put me Out of Business. /
