Complaint against First Call Gas Ltd
First call were called to see the leak in the boiler on Monday 31st night.They told me they will call next morning and let the water drain ina a basin. Next day engineer comes and finds the heat exchanger faulty. He told me that the part has to be ordered and will take two or three days.Finally engineerbrought the part and fitted it on Tuesday8th. November. He then found an electric fault which he could not rectify. An other engineer came late afternoon on tuesday and found a wire was faulty. He went back to bring the wire next day and after repeated calls, I was told that the wire has to be ordered again.They have given another date for the Job for coming wednesday morning.When asked about what to do in the mean time. They said to use other radiators. the extra electric cost has to be borne with us. Weare elderly sick people and find their attitude unbearable. Pl advise us what to do.
