Complaint against Hisense
Phone was received in June 2016. Phone did not work at all from beginning. Your couriers collected the phone in September. After following up constantly without success, the monthly premium is still paid by debit order and Catherine is still without the phone. This is four months later and unacceptable service from your company. I expect reaction from you as soon as possible, in order to avoid further steps from this client.
