Company takes money with no authorisation
Complaint against Brighter Social
In April the company took out a payment of 28.59 on something I did not sign up to. I complained and thought the matter resolved as no monies was taken in May. However. This morning another payment was taken for the same amount. I have contacted the bank and put a stop on any future payments and is now with thwrw fraud team. You cannot get through to these guys personally.
