Complaint against Brighter Social
Hi, for the last few months you have been taking money from my account for a credit footprint. First I have never signed up for this and second, do you realise that taking money from someone's account without permission is called theft. I have reported you to my bank and to the local authority. Could you please cancel my account that I never made in the first place please? Thank you. Also I would like a refund for the money that you have taken from me, after all, you never had permission.
