Kia drayton motors; extremely rude, caused problem on my car.

Complaint against Kia Motors

I recently recieved a warranty job and M.O.T via Kia drayton motors, Boston. weeks(21 days) later a fault on the passenger-front side occured causing me to have a accident. I Had my breakdown recovery pick the car up and drop the car off at the KIA dealership the next morning. They accepted the car with it not being very manverable due to the passenger-front wheel being pushed in-wards, they then updated me two days later saying "We need specialist equipment" to do anything with the car as they do not deal with accident repairs. (at which point i did not understand why they accepted the car in the first place) I simple and politely asked them to check the car over to see if 'MAYBE' it could be down to human error on the fact it was only worked on and M.O.T'd a couple of weeks ago. I then recieved a lot of grief from them, for example; "why are you trying to blame us, its not our fault!" they instantly went straight into defense, rudeness and sarcasm, which i recieved in a email.They were also very rude to my Father when he tried to explain the situation. My car has now been passed on to my Insurance and under more investigation. I will shortly be pushing towards Trading standards and Kia(UK) themselves, as I feel very miss-treated and in a tight-stressful situation. Joshua Carter
