Complaint against Activity Superstore
I received a voucher for activity superstore and admittedly left it late to book an activity. We requested to book our activity within the expiry date, but were advised the only available dates available were after the expiry date and we had to pay a £20 fee to extend the voucher. I made a complaint about this in hope the £20 fee would be waived. This was unsuccessful, therefore I followed the steps to extend my voucher paying the £20 fee. When I went to do this on their website I was advised the voucher number didn't exist (I have the voucher number on a confirmation email as proof). I have since tried contacting Activity Superstore 5-6 times and have not received a response, which worries me due to a deadline where I have to extend the voucher otherwise the voucher will become worthless. Activity Superstore are a complete shambles and their customer service is non existent.
