Complaint against Marshall Motor Group

I am writing to complain and express my total disappointment in placing my range rover sport in Marshall Land Rover of Melton Mowbray. For what appeared to be a simple problem of poor starting during this cold spell. Diagnostics stated that the problem was due to faulty Glow plug(s), which needed replacing. During the replacement exercise, which could be up to £500 pounds (gasp), 2 glow plugs broke. I was then informed that this was now a ‘major repair’ and would cost a staggering £3,000 pounds. A new engine would cost £7,000. I was staggered that a simple glow plug replacement would result in such a staggering £3,000 pounds. A new engine would cost £7,000.

they are the worst company on planet earth!!! worst customer service in fact they dont even know what customer service is!!!! sydenham branch do not go there. head office dont even reply or acknowledge your complaints .what they say on their website is not what they are at all!!!!!! false advertising!!!!!!
