Complaint against Regency Studios
On 12/03/2017 I entered into the following contract with your representative Ade to provide a portfolio and other services. I believe that Ade placed me under extreme pressure to sign there and then. I must declare that English is not my first language and I got really confused during Ade sales pitch, I did feel under duress. Ade also told me that if I signed the contract it would only cost me £1000.00 instead of the “normal” £ 3599.00. This clearly was not true. With all the pressure placed on me at the time I was so confused and when I had a chance to show the contract to a friend he pointed out that not only had the price risen to £3599.00 so it looks like you have kept the £ 55.00 booking deposit and added an extra £ 55.00. There have also been alterations to the financial computations on the contract without being counter signed or initialed to mark any agreement. I do feel that I have been pressured into signing an agreement that given some thinking time and time to seek council from friends I would not have entered into this contract. I now formally request that you unwind this contract so as to leave me in the position that I was in before entering your establishment. I request that you do not apply for any monies mentioned in the contract be it deposit or monthly payments. Thank you, looking forward to hear from you Lola ..
