Regency studios taking my money, but no photos

Complaint against Regency Studios

Dear Team, I am trying to get to the bottom of why I never received my photos from Regency Studios, even after paying £1,114 for them. After completing payment in July of this year, I received an email from Regency Studios, telling me to forward my details to yourselves, in order to get me some work. I was advised that I would receive the photos on a disc within 10 days, but they never arrived. I was extremely upset over all this and so disappointed not to have received my photos which were really good. I then decided to go to the studios in Warwick Street, as I was receiving no response from phone and email, only to find that they were no longer there, and the receptionist who manned the building, Regency House, did not know either, and there was a large pile of post for them, with no forwarding address for them. I would be most grateful if you can throw some light on all of this, and at lease maybe know where my photos have gone, and whether there is some way that I can still have them.
