Complaint against Yodel
parcel ,,delivery left card regarding none delivery of parcel due to no one at home,so i contacted the company via the number on the card,through an automated sevice and arranged for delivery two days later,with my contact number in case of any problems waited in all day no delivery ,no phone call when called up again to find out what happend to my delivery,the excuse was no one home what an excuse, no card left, & no phone call,no excuse?? poor service stick to royal mail
