Complaint against Yodel
Yodel got my item in Inverness depot 29/12/14.Missed delivery on 30/12/14. Rearranged for31/12/14 , got email confirmation . Waited whole day, no delivery. Contacted Customer service on 2/1/15 10:30am, been told there been mistake on their side, parcel still in depot, too late all vans have left already, will deliver on 3/1/15. Today parcel still in depot, not with courier. Called CS 5x since this morning, system offline, nobody can contact depot, or tell me if my parcel will come today. Nobody can even take my phone number on paper and give me call back, when system back online. No supervisor available . Complete mess and not a first time!!!Will avoid any sellers who are using Yodel in the future.
