I ordered anitem from ebuyer to get NEXT DAY DELIVERY, I tracked my order all day today (delivery day) no info was Given until around 1pm from which the site tracking said it was being delivered by Yodel, I tracked the parcel on yodel all day until 21.00hrs. all day their site tracking was saying it is awaiting collection. at 9pm tonight 4/9/15, (the delivery date,) the tracking is showing----- (Despatched from service centre Wednesbury hub 4th Sep 2015 19:50 ) Also the date is now.... ( Delivery expected by: 7th Sep 2015 ) This as I'm sure you will agree is not acceptable. I ordered an item for NEXT DAY DELIVERY because i URGENTLY needed what i ordered asap, as in next day, I have rung yodel today and ebuyer only to be put in a very long queue but never a human to talk to. I have now had to buy a cheap item local to me so i can continue with my work, I could understand getting the delivery 1 day late as things happen, but 3 days after the due date. Also the live chat is always down, never a human to talk to, YODEL dont give two hoots about customers needs, worst company i ever come across for parcels, a monkey could do a better job.
