Complaint against Yodel
A parcel was "delivered" on Thursday 10th September 2015. I came home to find a card through the letterbox stating that the parcel had been left in the green bin - garden waste. I am not in good health and was forced to tip it over and crawl inside to retrieve my parcel. Upon extracting myself I discovered a maggot on the package. I do not consider a bin is a safe place; neither is it convenient or hygenic. Furthermore the yodel website does not appear to have an e-mail address to which a complaint can be made directly.
