Couldn't make booking - hotel changed policy to charge me 100%
Complaint against Langley Hotels
After losing my passport I could not travel to my booking. I called the hotel ahead of checkin to tell them - at the time booking.com showed 50% refund available. The hotel manager called me 8 hours later and said he was not refunding anything charging me the full amount. Acting as if we had informed AFTER checkin time- we were 8 hours clear of this. Completely un - apologetic, cut throats and opportunistic.
