taking money out of my account without my consent

Complaint against WiseDriving

I forgot to mention a claim against my partner which happened in August last year (2016). I paid a deposit of £130. they sent a letter to my partner 5 days later. why didn't they just e-mail? a tracker box was fitted to her car the same day the letter was sent out. now they tell me a £150 non refundable charge will be coming out of my account because of a genuine mistake on my behalf.so for less than a weeks insurance I will have had to pay £240. she was driving the car for 2 days without insurance through no fault of her own, luckily she was not involved in anything or stopped by the police. surely the data base is there for an instant quote and also to vet people, not to take hard earned money off people and then refuse a policy a week later !!!!!
