Promised savings on mobile phone contract and buy out of existing mobile contract. Firstly, mixed up all the SIMs, blamed this on O2. Secondly after over a month, still have phones locked, blamed this on the third party unlockers they use. Lastly and most importantly, we are now chasing for the settlement payment. Being fobbed off daily with promises of payment. No-one responds to emails. Calling doesn't get anywhere either. Everyone we speak to is full of BS and just fobs us off till the next day. Total scammers. Steer well clear - would give zero star if there was one.
