Complaint against Acorn Motor Group

Put my Mitsubishi Grandis Warrior car into Acorn Mitsubishi dealership Quinton/Halesowen. They have my car for 4 months plus now but was told a set price for work to continue, I agreed to the price ( which luckily I recorded ). It has been one excuse after another from this company, I have had parts sent from japan for fitting then its something else then something else, including we had to put your car back due to fleet contract work etc ? what I was initially told cost me a £1000, then told they got it wrong etc. I phoned them today and he told me I'll put warped parts back on ??? thanks
