Complaint against McGraw-Hill Education
I ordered and paid for a book on the website on the 13th October 2017 which had a standard 2 day delivery. I specifically needed this book for a module at University. This module will end soon and the £50.00 book is still no where to be seen. I have emailed many times and they have never replied and i even had an online chat with customer service but they said they could not help and i should phone. I should just like to say i am in Perth Scotland and the phone number is in the USA! I am a student and i am not phoning the states form a mobile looking for a book that this company has seemed to have lost but taken my money! I have requested a refund on three separate emails but no one has responded. I just want my money back so i can buy the book and be able to use it for the last couple weeks of the module! terrible customer service!
